A re-imagined experience for a customer checking in on their investing account. User research uncovered the most desirable features across multiple customer segments. Wireframes, high fidelity visuals and prototypes were delivered to engineering teams who iteratively built the experience with active design guidance. The launch of this project is intended to increase customer engagement and serve as one of the first steps in a site-wide redesign.
Three prototypes were tested with users from multiple customer segment groups. The most valued features from all three were combined to create the final concept. Responsive wireframes, visuals, redlines and prototypes were made and handed off to engineers for development.
